I started my build and have made alot of progress along with a few mistakes.
I of course welcome any input and pictures or video's.
I started by applying vasoline to my hinge pins and and wetting a couple of paper towels with acohol to wipe any excess epoxy. I use one for wiping down the the part after I've finished it I keep it really wet
I then mixed up the 5 min epoxy and coat the predrilled hinge holes in the rudder and one end of the hinge. Carefully putting the hinge in the hole I would remove the excess epoxy with a tooth pick.
Once all the hinges were in the rudder I put it on the vertical stab and worked the rudder back and forth to center the hinges. I then very carefully removed the rudder. Wiping it down removeing any epoxy and fingerprints.
