That trainer could be a modified PT-40 with the dorsal fin removed, but the wing looks wrong and the seating in the front is not the same, and the hatch/nose appears to be shorter.

In the last photo the fin/rudder doesnt seem to be straight, leaning to the left? Not certain but that could cause a problem in flight.
