The problems you are having with the ailerons was common to mine also. The air in the bays is trapped. When you heat them with an iron the air inside is expanding and pushing out the covering and when the air cools the pressure on the covering releases and leaves it wrinkled. Try putting some tiny holes in the covering between the bays as a release for the hot air then shrink it. Even if you put a larger hole, if it is on the underside, it can be patched and not noticed. I was advised of this after burning a hole in on aileron and recovering. Luckily I found out how to do this before attempting the second.
