Very tempting, but looking in the Lake of the Ozarks. Something on a nice big secluded bay, nice boat launch, and a way cool flying club close by. I can knock 4 months off of winter just going that far south. Not to mention the cost of living and taxes in Minnesota are getting way out of line.
Come on down ,, we fly at the lake every Sunday and Wednesday. Some fly more than that! We have a great club in Eldon, MO. LORCS
