Let's start from the beginning. It sounds like this is a spank brand new engine. What prop, plug and fuel are you using?
Once started and tuned, what rpm are you getting?
If this is a non-ringed engine (I'm not sure), you don't want to run it REALLY rich anyway. Let me know and we'll get started_bob
