Any aircraft with drooping airlerons (flaperons) will have undesirable tip stall tendencies unless the inner potion of wing maintains a higher angle of attack than the outer portion. Pilot error is common and passing blame is too but poor design will make life impossible for even the most experienced pilots.Cheers
