I wish I could but I buried my US 60 a couple of months ago

I was so bummed, its a ton of fun to fly.
Anyway, what I did was peel away the covering and CA'd an 1/8" or so thick lite ply spacer where the bracket mounts to get the clearance needed for the spring and help strengthen the mounting point. Then I simply screwed it to the fuselage with wood screws, no blind nuts or anything, then bent the spring up and pushed it into the bottom of the rudder. I put a drop of thin CA at that point and thats it. Easy and held up perfectly. I do recommend the stiffer spring if you fly off anything other than pavement. Good luck!
