Here would be my suggestions

Ailerons - Either 94774's or low profile 94746's The low profile are slightly lighter, but also not quite as high torque. They're both very fast.

Elevators - SIngle servo, 94775. For dual servos in the tail, 94761's

Rudder - 94780
