I built one about five years ago, it was a pretty straight forward build. The manual is very good, lots of pics as I remember. I put retracts in mine, they are shown on the plans. I skipped the fake inlets, they are thin sheeting without much support, and that is right where you grab the plane to pick it up one handed. I powered mine with a Super Tigre .51, to get jet like speed though, you will need to add a tuned pipe. I will also look for the manual, if you still need one.
