When I built this model several years ago I used an OS 40 open rocker for power. Built the plane with the wood provided and did not modify anything. Ambroid and white glue plus some epoxy where needed. Didn't have any balance issues that I can remember. Flew great! Standard size servos. Fabric covered and painted.
