the P20SE- ECU is no problem, but the P20SE- fuel pump is only for max. 10V, not more!!

You can don’t use 3 cells A123, 2 cells A123 is to low.

You can use only 2s- Lipo battery.

A123 three cell pack is 9.9V nominal.
