Yes I placed the order in July 2010, and my first post concerning the problem was on the 8th of August 2010 couple of weeks later, so within a month time. It took forum support a while to reply and then it was quiet again. It's not my fault. I also tried to call support but there was no way to get through. Even though i didn't get the problem resolved Istill bought two more planes from you guys (November). Istill hope I'll get reimbersed somehow for that bad esc.

Sorry if I forgot to reply back to you yes I have found your order but is was July 2010 is almost a year old order and my company policy only warranty 30 days period.
