I need some advice.

I just received a 3” Big Bird, 2 –BL (TT-3052-B) spinner.

My prop bolt is 5/16” in diameter and the hole in the spinner back plate appears to be 3/8”. I am afraid I will not be able to get this thing “centered” which ruins the fact that this is supposed to be a very well balanced spinner.

Also the 10-32 x 1-1/2" bolt that holds the spinner to the back plate is too short. Can I find one of these at the local Home Depot/Auto Parts store in a longer length?

Anyone run into similar issues?
