Id say hes talking about the input select area of the system setup. Needs to be set to INH. Would be easy to forget about since when I program my radio...I hardly ever go back to system setup once I do general setup. Just a guess though.
It is something that has to go INH or one side doesn't work. I just don't use the radio enough to remember it. Nothing hard to do but I forget it every time!!
Then my guess was right. I found out this because before I found the link I provided...I could only get 1/2 of it to work myself...or something about it just didnt work quite right. Also, I think i was using Mix1 rather than 5. Didnt think it mattered...but it obviously does since its specified as that in the how-to.
