Default RE: 2 questions

Go into the main setup screen and inhibit (INH) your AUX 2 channel switch so that switching it in flight won't affect the mix.  Then go into your flight setup screen and mix the two channels, using either five or six.  Choose ELEVATOR -&gt; AUX 2, then most likely you will use -100% because your servos are probably identical, with the control rods coming off the same sides of the control horn.  But if you choose -100% and they work opposite each other, then just change it to +100% and it will work perfect.  Using mix 5 or 6 will allow the master channel (elevator) to pass through all of it's setup parameters to the slave channel (AUX 2) so that dual rates, expo, and the main elevator trim tab on the face of the radio operate both halves exactly the same.  However, the SUB TRIM functions in the setup are a bit different.  If you SUB TRIM the elevator, it will affect each half the same, but if you SUB TRIM AUX 2 channel, it will only move the left elevator half (you should setup the right elevator half on the elevator channel and the left half on the AUX 2 channel as normal convention).  So you can fine tune the two to get them lined up exactly even with each other by using the SUB TRIM function.<div>It is absolutely the best way to setup dual elevators.  In fact, I use a similar setup on dual ailerons as well so that you can program in differential.</div>
