Reconstruction of an original pattern plane is a lot of work and I did write, I would show some steps of what is going on behind curtains.

First the facts: the original pattern models are much more complex and there are no plans.

In this thread I did show the complete and complicated process of the “Redesign and reconstruction of the Oldest Taurus on Earth”, the first successful Taurus of Ed which was the example for the later commercial Taurus we all know: Frank Myers, Top Flite, MAN, RCM & E, proportional version.
An example of an important step in the redesign process of the Simla is again the comparison with the use of photographs just as with the Oldest Taurus on Earth
These pictures (dozens!), constructed with the exact same point of view I use to check the dimension, details and color scheme with the use of a vertical line of a known amount of pixels (665 for this picture).
