I was getting ready to install the main gear blocks in the wing and kept thinking about adding retracts. Adding the retracts to the wing is going to be no big deal, but I don't think I have enough room in the nose. I've attached a drawing of the front end for discussion.

I'm planning on using a Hayes 16oz slim tank that is 2.125'' inches tall, the .13'' measurements are for foam padding allowance.

If I switch to a 2.25'' wheel, there is about a 1/2'' sticking out below when retracted.

Ideas anyone? [&:]
