Yep, set the balance point as the manual, but with a little fuel in your tank (1/4)
Reflex from memory is around 5mm. Movement would be lots of elevator/less aileron! say 35mm up down from neutral and expo 10% on pitch. Ailerons 20mm each way 35% expo.
