ORIGINAL: vertical grimmace

Are these aircraft supposed to be trike? I think they look much better as tail draggers. Just me. I also personally like the way tail draggers handle on the ground. But then again, I only drive manual transmissions in my cars as well. For some reason this seem analogous to me.
