Looking for some help from the mods here. I have a member who thinks I am hassling him. I just want my refund which is promised by him. Please read my inbox and see that this person admits to owing me a refund, but refuses to answer my communication. The seller is also a member at rcg, and posted the add which I responded to there. After agreeing to the deal and I sent the payment, he deleted the info from the add and posted the identical add here on rcu. Sold the motor and never sent promised refund. This in my opinion is a scam as he listed the same motor while the deal was pending with me. Paid twice for the same motor = scammers list in my book .Now he claims to have sent the refund but I never recd it. He has admitted to having fun whitholding my payment, which I sent to him in good faith. I think the seller scammed me and never intended to send the refund. At the very least I should be able to post his actual communiicaton to me, or you have my permission to post my inbox. If he is telling the truth, then let us see proof of the cancelled check he claims to have stopped payment on. I do not believe he ever sent the check.
