I say s223 amendment only applies to RadioControl,
and you respond with a claim that FAA said something but refuse to show us the source when asked.
You then want to tell me to look at the amendment because it only applies to RadioControl.... no kidding, I said that, heck that is what the CL Speed question was based on.
