Yes David, I would say those are both all painted and not bare aluminum.
BVM'S Metal cote is as close to a silver paint I think that you could get with out going to Flite-metal. I did two F100s in Presto and that was as hard as it gets in my opinion, much more so then Flite Metal but it does give an awesome polished look if that is what you are after.
