Default RE: pop-off pressure walbro dle55 ?

Real simple. Disconnect fuel line, connect pressure gauge line. make sure the bleed valve on the compressor finger pump is closed. Pump up until the gauge reaches a point where the pressure suddenly falls off. Repeat the test, this time going more slowly to see wher that brak point was. Release all pressure, repeat test again to verify the break pressure.

The pulse line means nothing to this test. You cannot perform the test with a "dry" carb. There must be some residual fuel in the carb. If the carb is brand new, get it fuel wet before performing the test. Meaning put some gas in the supply nipple.

In any event, your test video shows a carb that is inconsistent with the pop off pressure but that is largely due to the way the test is being administered. The range of depicted pop off pressures is within what is considered acceptable. You should go fly
