Default RE: Weatronics

About a yr ago I was looking for a 2.4GIG radio for my jets. I wanted the best RF link I could buy. I read all the user reports I could find and decided on the Weatronic Micro 12 channel which I used with the Futaba 9C transmitter. I have been flying two receivers in nitro powered test airplanes and now have one in a TG F-15. The radios have been flawless.

I ran one ground range check where I was able to go 2700 ft line of site. At about 1500ft from the plane I went under a very high voltage power line with no loss of control. When I looked at the log file you could see the dinimished RF strength but no loss of control. I built hobby R/C radios for 16 yrs (1968-1983) and personally feel that Weatronic is the best RF link available at the present time.
