I've seen what happens when you give a government agency an inch. They're never satisfied with just a mile, they want the whole freaking road.
I have seen it to, but apparently some haven't, and still others outright reject the notion. Oh well. Some modelers will be blissfully happy through it all, as the sky is not falling in their corner of the sandbox.
