<div id="">Can anybody recommend where to get 40mm standoffs for the DLE-30 in the US? I'm going to enlarge the firewallholeon my 25% MX2 to accept the engine carborator in order to get the neccessary spinner to cowling clearance.

My longer stock DLE standoffs are threaded on both ends for 5mm I believe, but I assume with the 40mm standoffs you could alsojust use one bolt to go through the standoff and into the firewall. I've noticed the mounting holes on the engine are also threaded so this would work as long as the new standoffs were not threaded and a single 5mm bolt would fit through them.

You could call the local hobby shops like Mike's and ask if they have them or could get them for you.
