When I first started flying heli's on realflight simulator I would be so nervous that I would make the wrong input which crashed it instantly. In the beginning it might be best to go to settings in the simulator menue and set it to 25% speed. Do some repetition of making the correct inputs consistently before you up the speed. The idea is that you are reinforcing the desired response and not all those mistakes that you make at full speed.I learned this from practising scales on the guitar and it works on simulator flying as well.
