Default Best prop for Saito 180

I tried the APC 18x6W and it was way too much for this engine!
I would stick with either APC or Mezjlik 16x8 or 17x6. Some folks say they have tried the APC 17x8N with good results. A lot of it depends upon how much nitro your willing to burn i.e. 30% and you can pull a 17x8 easily but on 15% the engine seems to struggle too much. Also the weight and type of airframe as well as type of flying you are doing is going to make a lot of difference as well. I fly the IMAC manuevers and I need a good balance of speed and vertical penetration. I just haven't found that perfect combination yet that will work with the 180 and my airframe. What airpalne are you flying and what is the weight and type of flying you are doing? Also, what nitro content do you run.
