I'm guessing you didnt read the part where I fully qualified my text by saying
under the ARC, its the MEMBERS of cbos(AMA) that can do things with stuff, not the 'club field'.
Members of AMA would be ok to fly their toy airplanes in their front yards downtown
(if they follow AMA safetycode/ cbo standard... AMA dont require you to fly at clubs only)
now, had I said 'under the NPRM', then your point wouldnt be so misguided
... but alas, I didnt say the NPRM, I did clearly say 'under the ARC'
