The OP very clearly mentioned he wanted to talk about what was in the ARC.... he even had a link to the ARC text.
The guy missed out when we discussed the ARC years ago,
and there has been no Retraction or Cancellation of the ARC... it is just as
recommendy now as it was the day after it was inked.
So let the guy talk about what is in the ARC,
cause no matter how many time you tell folks that the recommendations are not the actual NPRM & Regs,
it dont change what was recommended to the FAA in the ARC by AMA + 19 Others.
You know the ARC is just recommendations.
I know its just recommendations.
