They are aware of the problem, have identified the source(s) and are working to not patch the problem, but fix it completely. The IT guys at IB understand this is priority #1 right now.
We've been hearing that for a while now and yet the problems persist. In the mean time, I'm dumping everything but "rcuniverse.com" in the bit bucket for this site.
