AE's still making the NTC3 in both RTR, kit and Factory Team kit versions. Don't fix what ain't broke I guess. HPI's got some really nice shaft-drive tourers as well(RTR only). If you want Electric, Tamiya actually has a purpose-made shaft drive rally car, DF03ra I believe(I'm using the stock tires from this on my NTC3), and they have a couple of other shaft drive tourers you can easily enough convert. HPI also offers their shaft drives in electric as well
AFAIK. Associated went back to belt drive with the TC6 so you'll have to find a used car if you want an electric shaft drive from them.
