I'd recommend you head over to rcdiscuss.com's forums.
At the bottom you'll find a "Nitroplanes.com CRM" area.
Post your problem there. Make sure you start with the order number as part of the subject line of the post. Usually it begins with YSTxxx-NUMBERxxxx.
You can find the order number in the e-mail you received after placing your order.
Eric is very good about taking care of issues such as this.
When you get a replacement radio, range check it, and bang it around a bit with the plane on the ground to double check.
Sometimes newbies don't do full range checks and only discover problems once the plane is in the air and uncontrollable... don't tempt fate as they do.
