What if Mato do did not send you a damaged tank? What if it was damaged in transit?
Most shipping companies have a "24 hour" to make a claim type clause. By waiting a week you have let the shipping company off the hook for this. If the Mato tank left the shop in good shape, and it arrives damaged and you wait a week to say anything about it, that really isn't fair either is it.?
I am defending a company that has a history of making things right for people. I'll talk to them and see what they have to say about it.
