I am defending a company that has a history of making things right for people. I'll talk to them and see what they have to say about it.
If they made things right I would not have started this thread. Just because a company has a policy in place does not mean they are exempt from adhering to sound practices. What is the difference if the damage was discovered a day or a week or two weeks later. I personally will never order from them again.
