RE: Non delivery after 3 yr wait.

well the 24hrs has passed and as i last resort i tried phoning but was re-directed to a message saying " no calls are being accepted on this no. at the moment"
The company is Kit Cutters run by Michael Cornell/ Michael Neal.
Chad. you are a very astute man, having ran a search yesterday, he appears quite a lot. However i do think that i can claim the "longest wait" at currently 40 months!!!!!!!!!
I refuse to accept the "writing it off to experience" approach, i will continue to pursue this via all means possible, thanks for the advice kdc, to not give up on contacting the credit card issuer.
Although i am nothing but an anonomymous poster on this forum, if you can be bothered, please drop Michael a mail on Northrop61@aol. com urging him to do the decent thing and resolve this.
Failing this do any of you live near him?
Charming man, reasonable to good quality kits but no customer service, every excuse in the book, irresponsible, etc etc etc.
Any future customers be fully warned.
