I agree on a .15 or a .19 in the Jr FS. Every time I flew mine they had this thing called "Crosswind" and my Fox .19 did a great job of keeping the lines tight.

There are lots of models that can be flown with smaller engines but I'm more comfortable with more power than not enough. Running backwards to keep the lines tight is not something I'm into these days.
