Well guys, now I've had to step back in here again. I have warned this thread and those participating in this discussion to keep the topic of how the US team is affected by the current events that have happened, I have also warned that WE WILL NOT DISCUSS THE DETAILS here of the incident. I had assumed that this was an intelligent mature group of people that could do this, unfortunately I was mistaken in that assumption.

Some people here simply want to try an discuss the details and try to convict Jason here in the court of public opinion. This is not going to happen in the forums of RCU. This group here has been warned of this more than once. So I'm going to restate the position. Yes, the incident has happened, but as of this time Jason has not gone to court and has not had judgement passed. We can talk about how this turn of events may affect his participation on the US team, or his participation in this hobby. This is what RCU is all about. But we are not going to sit here and discuss the details of the law, what some think his intent was, details about what happened, other cases, or anything else that doesn't apply to RC. Period.

As I said, I've made a warning in the past about this which was ignored. So I'm not going to make another warning. But I will make a promise, and I mean this. Any person here that wants to try and drag this thread (or any other on RCU pertaining to this issue) into the mud WILL BE PLACED ON MODERATED STATUS. Period. Do I have every-body's attention now??? There will not be any more warnings. I will simply place you on MS and send you a notification that this has happened. I am sorry that I have to put it so bluntly to everybody here, but trying to be nice and issue warnings didn't work, so I have to resort to something else.

Other forums can spend 50+ pages dragging crap through the mud like this, but here are RCU we hold ourselves to a higher standard and we will keep that standard. Jason is innocent until a court rules anything different. Period.
