Is the ''F'' engine the black or natural finished one?? My bro has one on his Savage. While a little low on rpms (dunno why, might be geard to high) it runs great. Its a bear to try to pullstart though...
the f series has a black crankcase and the k series is natural finish...the k series struggles to pull any high rpm. and has a crappy carb
