The wheels that have been on the Panther were there just to check for size bfore I ordered wheels from BVM. I placed the order last weekand received them yesterday. The Robart retracts have a 1/4 inch axle and the BVM wheels use a 3/16th inch axle. So, I cut a piece of 1/4 brass tubeand drilled a hole through one side in order for the set screw to go through. The BVM axles fit into the brass tube and the set screw tights against it. I have a set of brakes in at my apartment in Seattle so for now I will use a spacer to hold the wheels from the strut.
