Hi,
I thought to write some experiences of my new plane, Europa PRO-LT.
How I got the plane is quite nice story also; During Lithuanian F3P-Open championships, my eyes found two nice looking planes that Algirdas was carrying into the hall. I went over and started joking that is these the main prices of the lottery. Then he told the story of these planes and after looking the quality, weight and price of the white version, I was sold – especially because I had some space left in my car to carry her home to Finland without shipping costs. Only 12 F3P planes before this one… Way back home, we had 14 planes, because my friend won also something [link=http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=EFLU1080]from the real lottery[/link]
Because indoor season is still ongoing (and we still have snow on the ground [

]), I have started quite slowly checking what I have bought; firstly I measured all the pieces, and here is what I found out:
Fuselage 723 grams
Wings, left 363 grams, right 370 grams
Stabs 212 grams (both left and right)
Canopy 79 grams
Landing gear and spats 227 grams both, with wheels
Wing joiner tube 64 grams
Belly 68 grams
It looks that without painting, radios, servos and engine – with radio, battery and engine tray, weight will be around 2.3kg!
Setup will be AXI 5325/24, Jeti SPIN-99, AXI 20x13 prop, Powerbox Sensor (with 2x450mah), FPR6008HS receiver, 4 x BLS-153 servos and 7955TG for rudder.
After building canopy and belly locks, sanding and finalizing, next task is to decide painting schema that seems to be the most difficult thing to do ;-)
Regards,
Seppo
