Bob. I don't know what Todd used but I built my tank. Used fiberglass/epoxy resin over foam. I cutout the rear former like the plans show and then cut a foam block to fit, full length from former to servo tray. I covered the foam with econokote and then glassed it. I then split it with my bandsaw and removed the foam,then sealed it up with glass tape. So far it works great, (7 or 8 flights). It holds 100 oz but only about 90 is useable. Plenty enough for a 7 minute flight on the P-70 with reserve.
