You sidestepped reasons the Tx are not in the same league
Basically the DX8 is a general purpose tx which includes features HiTech does not offer :
Bind n Fly and Model match
Were it not for these omissions - I would be tempted grab one. The hard fact is - I see new DX8's but so far no new Hitechs
perhaps it is a local thing -The Hitech servos are well respected and used by a number of fliers here.
