You sidestepped reasons the Tx are not in the same league
Basically the DX8 is a general purpose tx which includes features HiTech does not offer :
Bind n Fly and Model match
And for those tech geeks the A9 is 1024 resolution where the Dx8 is 2048 with compatable Rx.
