Well to me if it won't handle a dle20 they made a big mistake - the kit version was well designed and easily strong enough for a 1.20 4 stroke , .90 2 stroke, or the dle20 - as the kit specs I copied show. This was one of the selling points for buying a Top Flite plane. But maybe it actually will handle this and whoever put the data up for the arf goofed - the weight shown is pretty much the same so they probably didn't take too much out of the structure.
The DLE20 and other Chinese copies of the DLE20 is going to be the engine of choice instead of the larger 4 strokes(1.20 -1.25) (except maybe the YS engines) and the 75-90 suze 2 strokes, in my opinion, and Top Flite will have a rough time competing against the other arfs if it can't handle the dle20.
But if you are ok flying this plane with the engines they now list (2-stroke .61-.65 cu in or 4-stroke .91-.95 cu in) this would be a good choice.
