Edmund,
Perfect, I also use my DX6i with all my helis and I really like it.
Do you mean that the kit is complete as in already built or do you mean it has all the components required to get it in the air?
If the later and you have to build it, ( which I like doing) you will find that if you follow the instructions perfectly and have an accurate digital caliper to measure ball links etc youshouldn't need any fine tuning. I built an Align 450 Sport and it is just perfect in the air. But nice to have an expert just check everything for you when your done, and to have them do the first lift off.
Enjoy
Phil.
Box is still 2.5m up on the LHS shelve, it apparently only requires a RX so lipo should be included. How far it is assembled, if at allI would not know but the box is more than double the size of an Align 450 kit sitting next to it. Tail boom obviously needs to be fitted as the box would have been much longer if fitted.
Never had to build a Heli and the most I have done were the mods on my UBOL and a few stripped main gears on the CP's the rest my "free labour" helihospital man did. I would take it to him after a crash and collect a few days later, just to marvelhis flying skill in a very small but fully stacked stall showing me that it is back to good flying condition..
