Flying at a public field, we get all kinds. We can't stop anyone from flying, but we can help people who both need and want it. A little friendliness and chatting goes a long way to telling you what you want to know. For us, it's mostly a concern of whether somebody is going to pose a threat to themselves or others. If they need help but don't want it, you just let nature take its course in as safe a way as possible. Those folks usually aren't back again.
