Tamiya redesigned the traverse on the PZ4, and it's more comparable to a HL traverse system now. The turret ring is attached to the turret bottom through the upper hull...meaning the turret ring gets installed AFTER you mount the turret on the upper hull. Then you secure the turret ring through the upper hull to the turret with screws...just like a HL. There's no popping off the turret from the upper hull of a PZ4 like all other Tamiyas (excluding the Leo 2 of course). To get the turret off a PZ4, you've got to remove the turret ring screws after you remove the upper hull, just like with a HL. I was impressed. It's quite robust and reliable.
