My budget is limited by common sense Ideally I'd like to use the Kolibri so that limits the size somewhat.

One model was looking at was the X-models Stingray but I'm not sure if it would be suitable. It might need the 'oomph' of a P-20 but then I'd be worried about getting it too fast[X(]
