Why not simply baffle the engine so that the air that comes around the dummy engine is forced from top to bottom and out? I would only take a bit of plywood, balsa, and perhaps some plastic or fabric to make the baffles. You should have plenty of air without a fan. Glow engines just don't generate enough heat to get that fancy.</p>
